FirstPass is operated by Home Caption Marketing LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

Our payment provider, Paddle, processes all refunds. To request one:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us through your account page and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access (and your remaining report quota) until the end of your current billing period. Refunding reverses a past payment and revokes access. You can cancel anytime from your account page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.
