How to request a refund

Our payment provider, Paddle, processes all refunds. To request one:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us through your account page and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access (and your remaining report quota) until the end of your current billing period. Refunding reverses a past payment and revokes access. You can cancel anytime from your account page.
